"Not a Lot of Options"
When I went in, I felt like the selection was limited. I was hoping to grab a few specific things, but I couldn’t find about half of what I was looking for. It made the whole trip a bit frustrating for me.

I ordered a skincare product from millies.ie and, to be fair, it arrived quickly. The packaging looked normal and the batch code was on it, so at first glance it seemed genuine enough.
The only thing is, the texture felt slightly different from the one I usually buy in store, which made me start second-guessing it. I contacted customer service, but I had to put in more effort than I expected and their reply didn’t really clear anything up. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just a bit frustrating and it left me unsure.

"Refund took way too long"
I returned my order it turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. I had to follow up more than once, the replies were slow, and the refund took ages to come through with barely any updates along the way. As someone who likes to keep track of my money and doesn’t have the patience to chase companies for something basic, this really put me off. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but I wouldn’t order again if there’s even a chance I might need to return something.

I placed the order because the item was listed as in stock. This is where it got annoying: after waiting for the confirmation, I ended up getting a notice that the order was canceled because it apparently wasn’t available after all. Frustrating and a waste of time.

"More hassle than my usual orders"
I ordered a few bits and somehow ended up with the wrong shade for one item, and another item was missing completely. The invoice was correct, which makes it even more confusing because I’ve ordered from other places before and never had the packing be this off. I tried to get it sorted, but it’s been way more hassle than it should’ve been. Disappointing when all I wanted was the stuff I paid for

"Absolute clowns, problem still not sorted properly"
Had an issue with my order getting a proper reply out of them took forever. I felt like I was the one doing all the chasing while they just messed about. When they finally did sort it, the fix was rubbish and didn’t really make up for the hassle. Bunch of jokers, wouldn’t use them again.

"The discount wasn’t quite what I expected"
I ended up ordering from Millies.ie one evening because I spotted a promo and thought I was getting a really decent deal. I added a few bits to my basket feeling pleased with myself, but once I got to checkout, the total wasn’t as low as I’d expected. Turns out some of the items didn’t qualify for the discount, but that wasn’t really obvious while I was shopping. Delivery itself was grand and everything arrived fine, but I did come away feeling like the offer looked better than it actually was. I probably wouldn’t rush back unless the deal was much clearer and easier to understand.

"The rewards are okay enough, but man..."
The rewards are okay enough, but man, the points build up painfully slow. It’s not total garbage or anything, just kinda stingy and annoying if you’re expecting anything exciting fast.

"Checkout was such a hassle"
I had a really frustrating time trying to check out. The payment page kept freezing, then it kicked me back to my basket like nothing had happened. I ended up having to type my details in again, and even then I wasn’t sure whether the order had actually gone through or not. After a while I just gave up. it made the whole experience feel way more difficult than it should’ve been.

"Delivery took forever"
I ordered on Monday and somehow still ended up waiting almost two weeks for it to arrive. I get that delays happen, but that felt way too long, especially when I was expecting it much sooner. Not the best experience, because if I’d known it would take that long..

"Too expensive for what you get"
It just felt overpriced for what it was. I didn’t feel like the value matched the cost, and when I brought it up, the vibe was kind of like it was my problem to deal with. Not the worst experience, but I definitely wouldn’t say it was worth the price...

"Reliable delivery, though I’ll admit one was a little slow"
I’ve ordered from millies.ie a few times now, the delivery has been more dependable than I expected. I’m not usually quick to praise online deliveries, but most of my orders have shown up when they said they would, which is basically all I’m asking for.
There was one order that arrived a day later than planned, which was a bit annoying, but they did keep me updated, so I couldn’t really complain too much. Everything was packed properly as well, and nothing arrived damaged.
I’d probably give it 4 stars. It’s not perfect, and I wouldn’t pretend it is, but it’s reliable enough that I’d order from them again.

My order showed up with the box all squashed and it was leaking too. Disappointing since it looked like it had been handled really badly.

I bought this hair product hoping it would be decent but it just felt kind of cheap.. didn’t really do what I expected at all. I tried to make it work but yeah, not happy with it

My first impression was a bit frustrating because it took a while to hear back from customer service. I had to follow up a few times before I got a proper response. The order turned out fine in the end, but the slow replies definitely made the whole experience feel less smooth than it should have
